Logistics & planning.

How the day actually runs: hours, weather calls, guest counts, and the team behind more than 5,000 events since 2009.

Yes. Venue, in-house catering cooked onsite, full bar, coordination, staffing, tables, mahogany Chiavari chairs, linens, china, house lighting, complimentary valet, and uniformed security come standard. One team handles it end to end, so nothing falls to you.

Every ceremony and program has an elegant indoor home and covered options built in, so your day is never weather-dependent. Your coordinator makes the weather call with you about 72 hours out, calmly and never in a scramble.

Yes: corporate galas, conferences, award ceremonies, fundraisers, holiday parties, and quinceañeras, with built-in A/V and the same in-house team. Each event is intentionally separated and managed by its own team, completely private and uninterrupted.

Absolutely. When a planner is involved, they lead. We support their work and make execution seamless. We don't compete with planners; we make them look brilliant.

Most events include seven to eight hours, depending on the ceremony. If you want the whole day, our relax-all-day option lets you start as early as 9:30 a.m., without paying for a full day you don't need.

Yes. 100% complimentary valet parking and a uniformed security officer are included for every event. Guests should never be asked to pay for parking, and our private onsite lot holds hundreds of cars with no view of it from the front door.

Two weeks before your event date. Your guest count may go up after that, but not down, so build the number carefully with your Event Producer.

Rehearsals run 30 minutes and are confirmed two weeks out around the event calendar: Monday–Thursday finishing by 5 p.m., Friday by 4 p.m., Saturday by 8:30 a.m. Your coordinator schedules it with you.

We keep emergency power kits and generators onsite, and events continue gracefully, by candlelight if needed, within 30 to 45 minutes. In more than 5,000 events since 2009 it has happened exactly once during an event, and the team handled it.

Catering & bar.

All catering is in-house, cooked onsite by Executive Chef Sergio Arellano's team, from plated dinners to late-night bites, with a full South Asian menu.

No. All catering is in-house: every menu is cooked fresh onsite by Executive Chef Sergio Arellano's team, so timing and quality stay consistent from the first passed appetizer to the last plate.

Yes. The kitchen is Halal-friendly and handles vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free as standard practice, plus a full South Asian menu prepared in-house. Custom cultural menus are something we do often, not an exception.

Plated dinners, buffets, passed hors d'oeuvres, action stations, and late-night bites, built from our Traditional, South Asian, and Breakfast menus. Your Event Producer matches the service style to the event.

Tastings are scheduled at least 45 days before your event, around the tasting calendar, for up to four guests. You'll taste plated portions from your contracted menu selection. Arrive 15 minutes early and come hungry.

Yes. A children's price point applies for guests under 12. Ask your Event Producer to build it into your menu.

The spaces.

Seven indoor and outdoor spaces on one Houston campus, hosting everything from 50 guests to 2,000 and more.

Each of our six named spaces hosts up to 225–300 guests, and the campus scales from 50 to 2,000+ for multi-space and full-facility events. Tell us your guest count and we'll match the right space, or combination of spaces, to your event.

Yes, for weekday events. Our two most-requested spaces are reservable on their own Monday through Thursday. On weekends they are booked as companions to a ballroom.

Yes. Combine all ballrooms and the entire facility is yours alone: one client, full run of the campus. Full-facility buyouts are how our largest celebrations and multi-room corporate programs run.

Sometimes, and guests rarely realize it. Each space has its own valet entrance, restrooms, and bar, and every event is intentionally separated and managed by its own team, completely private and uninterrupted. Prefer total exclusivity? Reserve the full facility.

Yes. The Bridal Suite and Groom's Lounge open two hours before your ceremony when a ceremony is booked here. Extended hours can be arranged by the hour with your Event Producer.

Yes. Ceremonies carry a flat ceremony fee that includes chairs and a 30-minute rehearsal at an agreed time before your day.

Policies

The fine print in plain language: the rules that keep every event safe, on schedule, and beautifully photographed.

All alcohol is provided and poured exclusively by The Bell Tower on 34th staff: no outside alcohol, no individual shots, no liquor by the bottle, and no consumption bars. Outside alcohol carries an automatic fine per can or bottle, so please leave it at home.

No. Sparklers, fireworks, and fog or haze of any kind are prohibited, with no exceptions. Your coordinator can suggest grand-exit alternatives that photograph beautifully and keep every guest safe.

Yes. We are a pet-friendly venue. Talk to your Event Producer about how your pet fits into the ceremony plan.

We keep a Recommended Services list rather than a closed preferred list. You may use almost any insured vendor; just don't place a down payment with an outside vendor before your Event Producer approves them.

No. All décor and vendor items load out at the conclusion of your event. We host events nearly every day, so nothing can be left behind overnight.

It isn't automatically required, but documented damage to the property is billed to your account. Vendor Liability Insurance can be added for a small fee, and we recommend it.

Sometimes, when the calendar makes room for it. Time beyond your contracted hours bills at an hourly rate paid in advance; your coordinator covers the details in person. Build the timeline right and you won't need it.

Your first five days are protected: while you decide, your initial deposit stays fully refundable for five days. After that, payments are non-refundable; with rescheduling insurance, they transfer one time to a new date within six months of notice.

Still have questions? Talk to a real person. A tour takes 30–45 minutes, and you're welcome to bring the whole list.
