What The Number Covers

The Full Service Experience

Most venues take a share of the budget before a guest is served. Here the rate funds the day: food, beverage, service, and the rooms those guests occupy. One team is accountable for the outcome.

The Structure

What this structure handles

  • Events are staffed and paced from the start
  • Food is prepared on site so timing stays with the program
  • Guest arrival, parking, and transitions are run on purpose
  • Core elements are in the Full Service Experience from day one
  • Vendors work inside a coordinated floor
  • Planning follows a system so details stay aligned
The Standard Behind the Figure

Time is Precious. There are no Do-Overs.

The rate and the plan are built for a day that cannot be repeated. The work is deliberate. The floor is calm.

Vendors & The Plain Facts

No preferred-vendor list. No surprise line items.

Bring the vendors you love. There is no preferred-vendor list to buy into. Insured photographers, florists, planners, entertainment, and décor teams are all welcome on the campus.

Two things stay in house, because they are exactly what the figure pays for: catering and bar. Every menu is cooked fresh onsite by our own kitchen, and every bar is poured by our own team.

Good to know, up front

  • Service and tax. Both are already inside the per-guest figure
  • Event hours. Evening events run seven to eight hours, and anything beyond that is planned with your producer
  • Beverage service. Every bar is poured by our team, and all alcohol comes from our own house
  • Sparklers, fireworks & fog. These stay off the campus. We will plan a grand exit that photographs beautifully
  • Privacy. Each event has its own dedicated space, entrance, and team

Every Client Asks

The questions every client asks, answered the same way for over a decade.

Will it go smoothly?

We have produced over 5,000 events. The choreography is not improvised. It is practiced by the same people, year after year.

Who is in charge?

One team owns the venue, the food, the service, and the timeline. If you have a planner, our producers support them. If you don't, our producers run your event.

Can I trust this with something this important?

Roger Igo built this venue, and his own family will hold events here.

The Next Step

A weekday tour is the next step.
